They also take their security kind of seriously where they don't let just anyone access the elevators to the spa floor (2nd floor?) or guestroom floors ( 3rd floor and above.I believe it is a 17 story tower, excluding floor 13 for (American) superstition's sake!) without showing a key card. The employees are attentive and polite and friendly for the most part. Bottom line: the hotel is very nice and modern and clean.
Due to my spouse's (at the time) status, we got the opportunity to spend a night at the new hotel (instead of the Lofts which is less than 3 miles or 4-6 minutes driving distance depending on traffic and time of day/night) and see if it was worth the fuss (and get our game on too). In late-May 2018, the new Maryland Live! hotel tower opened that is next to the casino, which is on the grounds of the Anne Arundel Mall not far from BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport.
Casino itself is great.better and pays better than the nearby competitors all around.especially south and west of here. My spouse and I have together, and separately, stayed at the Maryland Live! Lofts hotel several times in the last few months, and in the past couple of years.
